Suspension:

Individual Participants: A program participant will be suspended immediately from the MRPA Recreational Sports Program for any of the following violations:
  • Failure to comply with the eligibility rules listed in this guide and the National Rule Book.
  • Playing under an assumed name, falsifying a roster, or giving false information to tournament officials.
  • Knowingly participating in an MRPA registered league in which unregistered officials are used.
  • Unsportsmanlike conduct.
  • Verbally abusing a game or tournament official.
  • Fighting with an opponent: automatic suspension for a minimum of one-year.
  • Physically attacking a game or tournament official: automatic suspension for a minimum of one-year.
Teams: In addition to the above, a team will be immediately suspended from the MRPA Recreational Sports Program for any of the following violations:
  • Playing under a wrongful classification.
  • Failure to show a team membership card upon the request of an MRPA tournament director, game official, or
    other MRPA representative.
  • Failure to pay an entry fee for any tournament entered.
